We use our very own Suffolk heritage blackberry to produce our favourite fruity gin. Its not oversweetened - we wanted it to drink like a proper gin - not it is totally delicious.
The bad news is we can’t get the same flavour from any other blackberrys so when its gone for the year it really is gone!
